Very Good

Ideal to visit the historic centre. We had a room with balcony. Location is perfect.

When you have a street view room, it is basically impossible to sleep before 3am or so. Better get a room to the backside.

Excellent front office

Very central location, if you want to have a very quite room ask for the rooms at ground/1 floor . These do not have the windows but for my only one night stay was perfect to rest after 3 days boot tours. The reception assistance was excellent, the nice lovely lady help me with everything, sorry i don’t remember her name and sorry i could not tip her and also the boy how help me with the luggage’s and fight for me with the taxi driver who stop pretty far away, just because i finish all cash, they deserve a tip and i feel sorry could not give to them.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with cartagena historical centre vibe

In the very center of Cartagena, nice and comfortable. The room was nice bear to the pool and break fast with many options and fresh fruits and food

There is a motor or something in the roof that makes noise all day.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, small swimming / plunge pool on the roof was perfect for cooling off in the Cartagena heat. Bed was incredibly comfortable and clean as was the shower room.

breakfast, staff and location were all amazing.

unfortunately the great location of the hotel also means nearby clubs and bars with loud noise late at night. not the hotel’s fault but something to consider when booking.

Totally worthy

Facilities are great. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room was quiet even though we were in the mid of the busiest street in downtown.

Windows in our room had no curtains and since it was oriented to the hotel common space we did not open it. Not a big problem but would have been nice to have one.

Superb

This hotel wins on breakfast - it was the best we had during our week in Colombia and the staff is truly the nicest (shout out to Diana for all of her help)! It is so quaint and cozy and such a wonderful respite after a long flight from the states!

The beds were a little hard and the ambient noise is unavoidable given the location, but would still stay here again!

Perfect base for visiting old Cartagena

Pretty colonial design. Very comfortable bed and room. Balcony over the street for people watching. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Very nice hotel in a great location in the city center of Cartagena, amazing breakfast but above all the staff was very nice and helpful, they allocated us very quiet rooms exactly as requested and helped us a lot with the luggage and getting the taxi to airport, a big THANK YOU and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Cartagena.

there was a big noise from a neighboring club with music playing loud until 5 in the morning but this is of course out of the hotel's control...

nice hotel with good location but be aware of the noise

the room was clean, spacious enough and bathroom was good. location is perfect, nice breakfast area in a courtyard.

there is too much noise coming from building in each side as apparently they have a roof top bar. it is impossible to sleep without ear plugs
